Cobey Wayne Hines, 48, a resident of Lexington, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022, in Hinkle Hospice Home in Lexington. He was born on November 1, 1973, in Bradley County, Arkansas to Dwayne Hines and Pamela Williams. Cobey worked for Thermcraft as a Welder and Fabricator. He proudly served in the US Army, enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking. He will be missed by all who knew him. Cobey was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Williams.

A graveside service will be conducted at 9:00AM on Monday, October 17, 2022, in Salisbury National Cemetery. Mr. Hines will lie in state from 1-3 on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington for those who would like to visit to pay their respects. Interment will be at National Cemetery in Salisbury.

Cobey is survived by his loving wife, Branda Hope Kelley Hines, of the home; sons, Zachary and Wesley, both of Arkansas, and Tyler Hines, of Lexington; a daughter, Amber Hines of Lexington; his mother, Pamela Baker Williams and father, Dwayne Hines; step-mother, Belinda Orton and step-father, Dale Williams; a brother, Michael Hines (Jennifer) of Arkansas; two sisters, Shannon Williams and Melissa Branch (Cornelius) all of Arkansas; and three grandchildren.
