Howard “Adrian” Wood, age 61, of Lexington passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Accordius Health in Lexington.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Pastor Clyde Akers officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the Funeral Home.
