Agnes Lafler Shonk

Agnes (Aggie) Helen Lafler Shonk age 79 of Hartman Branch Lane, Winston Salem passed away Saturday April 8, 2017 at her home.   A gathering to celebrate her life will be at Noon Saturday April 15, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel. The celebration will continue at the home following the gathering   Agnes was born October 16, 1937 in Flatrock, MI. to John and Agnes Lafler. She was retired from the City of Flatrock MI and an avid bowler. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Raymond Shonk.   Surviving are her son, Chris Shonk (Julie) of Winston Salem and her daughter, Phyllis Klopf of Hanford, Calif. Also surviving are her granddaughter, Emma Rae Shonk of Winston Salem.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem NC 27103.
