Alan Dale Younts

Alan Dale Younts, 70, of Lexington, passed away Saturday June 3, 2023 at his home.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday June 7, 2023 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Bishop Floyd D. Vaught officiating services. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Mr. Younts was born March 3, 1953 in Davidson County to Elisten McCoy Younts and Margaret Catherine Peninger Younts.  Alan enjoyed hunting car racing and loved people. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Clara Susan Woody.

Surviving is his wife, Vivian Elizabeth Hilton Younts, of the home.
