Alice Louise Belton

Alice Louise Belton, age 97 of Genesis Elder Care, Salisbury formerly of West Sixth Avenue, Lexington passed away Tuesday morning (April 6, 2010).  Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday (April 9, 2010) at Lexington City Cemetery with Father Al Gondek officiating.   The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 7:00 until 8:00pmThursday and at other times at the home of son Larry on Dogwood Trail, Lexington.   Alice was born in Norfolk County, Massachusetts on September 11, 1912 to Peter Zecchini and Inez Canelli Zecchini.  She was a homemaker, member of St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in Abbington, Massachusetts and attended Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Lexington. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Lawrence J. Belton, Sr., October 26, 1974.   Surviving are: one son, Larry J. Belton and wife Grace of Lexington; one granddaughter, Jennifer Belton of New York City and one sister, Esther Geyer of South Braintree, MA.       Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
