Allan Lee Jung

On Sunday August 17, Allan Lee Jung age 79 of Churchland, NC (formerly of Racine, WI) passed away peacefully in the loving company of his loving wife and beloved cats.  He was proceeded in death by his parents Hank and Dorothy Jung both of Racine WI.  During his life he served as the plant manager at American Nation Can Plant in Winston-Salem NC and worked for a short period of time on the Yadkin River Veteran Bridge. During the Vietnam War, he served in the Airforce as an airplane mechanic at Ubon, Thailand obtaining the rank of Sargeant.  Allan enjoyed riding his Harley and collecting pottery.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Debbie Talbert and two sons: Jeffrey Allan (Yumi nee Okita) of Raleigh and Brian Lee (Karen nee Burgess) of Hampton Virginia, He had 3 grandchildren (Jeff)Saya (Kenji) ;(Brian) Caitlyn and Madison. He will also be missed by his beloved pet cats Poupon, Sqweegel, Rasputin, Anubis, and Ghouly Girl who provided loving support throughout his life.

A Memorial Celebration will be held November 1, 2025 2 :00 pm at the First Community Center of Spencer on 215 Fifth Street Spencer N.C.
