Anthony Allan Picklesimer, 50, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 in Duke Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, April 25, 2016 at Macedonia United Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Blanton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of the mother-in-law, 331 S. Shore Drive, Lexington. Allan was born February 2, 1966 in Greenville, SC to Eddie Anthony Picklesimer and Patricia Mahon Picklesimer. He graduated from Clinton High School, Clinton, SC, and was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church. He loved to fish, camp and cook, especially HOT CHILI. Surviving are his wife, Annette Richardson Picklesimer of the home; a sister, Cindy Picklesimer Rogers of Newberry, SC; a half-brother, David Picklesimer of SC; a half-sister, Anna Wyatt of SC; mother-in-law, Shelby B. Culler of Lexington; grandfather-in-law, Roger Canada of Lexington; special angels, Larry Morgan, Frances “Cookie” Morgan and his beloved canine babies, Harley, Suzie, Pickles, Layla, Mickey and Minnie.
