Allie "Frankie" Everhart Shaw

Allie “Frankie” Everhart Shaw, age 88, of Brookstone Retirement Center passed away Sunday evening at Brookstone. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Madison Heights Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Wednesday and at other times at 244 Brookside Drive, Lexington. Allie was born in Davidson County to Gurley James and Betsy Loman Everhart. She was a member of Madison Heights Free Will Baptist Church and a retired employee of Burlington Furniture. She was preceded by her parents; husband, Obediah Shaw. Surviving are her daughters; Peggy Payne and Melinda Griggs (Trant) all of Lexington; son, Larry Shaw of Lexington; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren;2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Weavil of Lexington, Frances Weaver of Welcome.
