Alton Ray Henley, Jr.

Alton Ray Henley, Jr., 69, of Davidson County, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, May 19, 2023.

He was born on January 15, 1954, in Baltimore City, Maryland to Alton Ray Henley and Edith Mae Searcy.  He retired from the United States Marine Corp. with 22 and a half years of service.

He leaves behind his wife, Teresa Henley of the home, a son Benjamin (Kena) Henley of Ridgeway, Virginia, formerly of Walburg, a daughter Tabitha (Marty) Southard of Stokesdale, 3 sisters Cathy, Debra, and Donna, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to the Lexington branch of the Salvation Army.

Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the Henley family.
