Amy Nicole Holder Dickerson, 36, of the Hidden Creek community in Northern Davidson County passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 after a tragic motor vehicle accident.
A Memorial service for Amy will be held Monday, September 21, 2015 at Advent Moravian Church, 1514 West Clemmonsville Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27127. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 to 2:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall prior to the service.
Amy was born December 18, 1978 in Forsyth County to Keith Holder and Jill Holder. She attended West Forsyth and North Davidson High Schools where she participated in cheerleading, dance team and chorus. She worked for a decade as a medical transcriptionist for Novant Health. Currently she worked as a sales assistant at TriMark Foodcraft. She always took great pride in her work. Above all, Amy valued family. She was a loving wife to her husband of 3 years, William Leonard Dickerson. Amy was a devoted mother to her son, Caleb Austin Williamson, age 18 and daughter, Carami Rose Williamson, age 14.
Amy is survived by her mother Jill Holder Crews of Winston-Salem; her father, Keith Holder and wife, Pam of Statesville; one brother, Matthew Charles Cooley of Winston-Salem; and a sister, Erin Holder Morrison and husband, Jeff of Highlands Ranch, CO.
Amy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charlie and Edna Crews of Reeds and paternal grandparents, Bill and Patsy Holder of Lexington.
Amy had an infectious smile that could light up the world around her. She would delight everyone with her fun-loving spirit and sense of houmor. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her
