Angela "Renee" Tilley

Angela “Renee” Tilley of Hoover Road, Lexington, NC, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital following a sudden illness.

Renee was a beautiful and loving mother, grandmother, sister, partner, and friend whose memory will forever be cherished. She enjoyed nature, and animals, and she smiled her brightest when with her beloved grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Naomi (Gibson) Tilley of Lexington, NC, sister Sherry Bailey of Lexington, NC, her grandparents, and her son Nicholas Troy Owens, of Lexington, NC.

Left to cherish her memory, her loving life partner of 25 years, Shane Freedle, the Freedle family, her grandchildren Adalynn Grace Owens, Hayden Troy Owens, Nicole Rain Owens, Eli Michael Fansler. Her sister, Patty McNally (Mark) of Archdale, NC, nieces and nephews, aunt Gay Childers (Tommy) of Rockingham, NC, uncle Donnell Gibson (Robbie) of Rockingham, NC, and a host of extended family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
