Ann Younts Wilkes

Patricia Ann Younts Wilkes, 75, of Lexington passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at Hinkle Hospice in Lexington.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 18th at Beck’s Reformed Church with Rev. Jim Richwine officiating. Burial will follow at Beck’s Reformed Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday evening, June 17 ^th at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Mrs. Wilkes was born February 25, 1946 in Davidson County to Charles Lindsay Younts and Ruby Louise Hedrick Younts.  She retired from W.A. Brown as a draftsman and was a member of Beck’s Reformed Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving is her husband of 55 years, Jimmy Wilkes, of the home; daughters, Audrey Wilkes Surratt (Jeff) of Denton, Sarah Klingensmith (Jay) of Trinity; brothers, Charles Younts and Robert Younts (Juli), both of Lexington; sister, Jane Hayes (Tim) of Lexington; and 6 grandchildren, Blake, Jake, Molly, Johnathon, Nicholas and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
