Anne Long Craver

Anne Long Craver age 82 of Craver Road, Lexington passed away Monday October 19, 2015 at her home. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Thursday October 22, 2015 at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Karen Roberts. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel and at other times at the home. Mrs Craver was born December 2, 1932 in Forsyth County to Ira David Long and Alma Nading Long. She retired from The Davidson County Schools where she worked in the Cafeteria at North Davidson High School. She was a member of Mount Olivet United Methodist Church. Her parents and husband, Reid Eli Craver preceded her in death. Surviving are Sons: Mike Craver (Charlene) and Perry (Dooley) Craver all of Lexington. Her daughters, Lynn Lemly (Robert) and Emily Hedrick all of Lexington. Eight Grandchildren and Eight Great Grandchildren and a sister Nell Anton of ILL.
