Annie Fennell Herman

Annie “Ann” Fennell Herman 87 passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at Brunswick Novant Medical Center in Bolivia, NC. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday October 6, 2011 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Charlie Martin officiating. The family will receive friends 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. Burial will follow in the Parklawn Memorial Park. Ann was born May 19, 1924 in Florence County, SC to Henry Fennell and Perrie Evans Fennell. She was a member of CornerStone Baptist Church. She was retired from Brown Rogers Dixon and was well known for her beautiful custom made drapes. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 49 years Warren “Bud” Herman Sr., her brother; John Wesley Fennell, her sister; Mattie Lee Westervelt. She is surviving by her son Buddy Herman and wife Donna of Winnabow, NC, her daughter; Gale Brandon and husband Bob of Winston Salem. Her grandchildren;Jolie Lecnar (Scott), Amanda Brandon (Shane), Donald Herman (Tracie), Jeremy Herman (Angie), Shane Herman (April), Trey Herman, Robbie Smith (Connie), Willie Hawks (Kim), her great grandchildren; Andrew Brandon, Nathaniel Herman, Gloria Herman, Sophie Lecnar, Evan Lecnar, Harley Herman, Hayden Vaughn. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
