Audrey Daniels

Audrey Filene Gallaher Daniels, age 76 of Ted R. Daniels Rd.,, Lexington died Saturday, May 23, 2009 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Daniels was born October 8, 1932 in Brownsville, PA to Ora Gallaher and Bertie Gallaher. A retired employee of PPG, she attended Open Door Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Evelyn Daniels and Shirley Daniels. Surviving are her husband, Ted Daniels of the home, a son, Pete Daniels and wife, Tammy of Lexington, a daughter, Debbie Parks and husband, Robert, 3 grandchildren, Bobbi Giles, Derek Daniels, Michael Parks, one great grandchild, Audrey Giles, and a sister, Carol Gallaher of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home and other times at the home. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
