Audrey Hobbs Hege

Audrey Hobbs Hege, age 82 of North NC Highway 150, Lexington passed away Friday morning at Lexington Health Care. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Doug Rowe officiating. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends in the Family Life Center following the graveside service. Audrey was born in Davidson County October 25, 1932 to Julius Grey and Veigh Leonard Hobbs. She was a former employee of Coble Dairy and, a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Odell Hege, June 4, 1995. Surviving are her daughters, Gail Clayton (Doug) and Allyson Battaglino (Rod) all of Lexington; grandchildren, Eric Leonard, Rebekka and Tasha Battaglino; great-grandchild, Colby Leonard; sister, Estelle Rummage of Lexington; brother, Grey Hobbs of Lexington.
