Azlyn Nevaeh Shaw

Azlyn Nevaeh Shaw, 3, of Meadow Run Lane, went to be with the Lord together with her grandmother, Janice Shaw, Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, from injuries received during a tornado. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011, at Mt. Tabor United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Darrell Sluder officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2011, at Davidson Funeral Home. Azlyn was born August 8, 2008, in Davidson County, to Peggy Marie Ann Shaw. Surviving are her mother; grandfather, Steven Mark Shaw; and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
