Mrs. Barbara Lewis McDade age 79 of Fairview Drive, Lexington, NC died Thursday at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 26 at First Baptist Church with burial to follow in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will see friends at the cemetery following the service.
