Barbara Brinkley Sink

Barbara Brinkley Sink, 68, of Lexington, passed away January 15, 2024, at Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville.

A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday January 17, 2024, at Bethesda Methodist Church where she was a member, with the Rev. Judy Billings officiating the service, and burial will follow in the Midway Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will see friends one hour prior to the service in the church.

Mrs. Sink was born August 6, 1955, in Davidson County to Robert “Elwood” Brinkley and Dorothy Baker Brinkley. Her passion was her faith, church, family and especially her grandchildren. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who will be missed by all. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald V. Sink who died July 15, 2016, brother, Charles Brinkley.

Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Dorothy Baker Brinkley, son, Jason Sink, daughter, Kristy Tarleton (Casey) all of Lexington; also surviving are her grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Hunter Jordan, Tanner Jordan, Jackson Tarleton, Joseph Sink, John Sink.
