Barbara Smith

Barbara Louise Snowden Smith, 76, of Clemmons, passed away July16, 2024, at Lexington Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 22 at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Pastor Vernon Richmeier officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Winston-Salem.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Sunday, July 21 at the funeral home.

Barbara was born August 29, 1947 in Forsyth County to Vernon and Helen Britt Snowden. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers; Richard Snowden, William Snowden, and Charles Snowden.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Ronald McKague, her son, David Wayne Smith (Lena), her daughters; Shannon Jenine Smith (Allen), and Misty Dawn (Mitchell Young), 7 grandchildren;  Shyla Flood, Brittany Miller, Cassie Smith, Dylan Smith, Dalton Reagan, Kylea Wall, and Braxon Young. 13 Great Grandchildren and a  sister, Katherine Cheek (Kevin).
