Barbara Woodruff

Barbara Lovill Woodruff, 64, of Riverview Road, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at her home. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Forest Hill Memorial Park by Fred Moretz. Mrs. Woodruff was born July 8, 1943, in Surry County, to James Authur Lovill and Margaret Norman Lovill. She was preceded in death by her father; brother, Bobby Lovill; and sister, Esther Lovill Atkins. Surviving are her husband, Donald Gray Woodruff of the home; daughter, Tammy Woodruff Burns and husband, Jamie, of Denton; Mother Margaret of Asheboro; two grandchildren, Heather Snow and Kevin Gunter; and sister, Carolyn Lovill Young. There will be no public visitation. The family requests that no flowers be sent. Please make memorials to the American Children’s Home, P.O. Box 1288, Lexington, NC 27293.
