Barry Wayne Shell Sr.

Barry Wayne Shell Sr. 68, of Palmer Lane in Winston Salem, passed away Wednesday August 17, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday August 22, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home with Rev. David Langley officiating services.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Shell was born November 29, 1953, in Forsyth County to Edgar Lee Shell and Betty Jean Byrd Shell. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Tony Shell, Ricky Shell and Edgar Shell; and an Uncle Danny Byrd.

Surviving is his wife Bobbi Shell of Advance; his son, Barry Shell Jr. (Kim) of Statesville; his daughter, Misty Shell of Advance; two sisters, Teresa Shell of Winston-Salem and Diana Willetts of Gibsonville; and 4 grandchildren.
