Belinda Watkins Ratliff

Belinda Gay Watkins Ratliff, 57, of Lexington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem.

A funeral service will be held at Wayside Tabernacle Freewill Baptist Church in Thomasville on Monday, July, 27, 2020 at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Jimmy Garrett officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Ratliff was born in Davidson County on December 29, 1962 to Donald Lee Watkins and Ursula Jones Watkins. She was a car dealer at Watkins Motor Co. and was a loving wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Wayne Elmer Ratliff of the home; her father, Donald Lee Watkins of Lexington; her son, Michael Jerome Williamson of Lexington; her two daughters, Jerona Gay Trieglaff (Allen) of Lexington and Cristy Ballard (Steven) of Thomasville; two step-daughters, Lisa Ratliff Johnson (Gray) of Lexington and Vicky Ratliff Johnson (Jimmy) of Winston Salem; a brother, Ronald Lee Watkins of Lexington; four grandchildren, Tray Alan Miller (Makenzie Baity), Arieal Marie Ballard (Aharon Faircloth), Steven Michael Ballard, Jr. and Lee Allen Trieglaff; two step-grandchildren, Austin Wayne Johnson and Danielle Rae Waller; a nephew, Matthew Brent Watkins (Sarah); a niece, Heather Leighann Surratt (Joseph); and five great-nephews, Austin, Eli, Zeke, Luke and Easton.
