Benjamin Gordon Gentry

Benjamin Gordon Gentry, Jr. passed away on February 10, 2025 following a long period of failing health.
He is survived by his wife (Ruth Gentry) and two sons (Danny Gentry and Douglas Gentry).
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025 in the Family Life Center at Oak Forest United Methodist Church, 11461 Old US Highway 52, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27107.
Internment will be private.
The family requests that donations be made to Oak Forest United Methodist Church instead of any other type of memorial gift (flowers, meals delivered to the home, etc.). The church website (www.ofumc.org) provides instructions for making donations.
