Betty Bailey Garcia

Betty Bailey Garcia, age 64 of Lexington, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, September 22nd in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Norman officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday evening from 6pm until 8pm at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Betty was born on October 5, 1958, in Davidson County, NC to Henry J. Bailey and Betty Jo Owens Bailey. She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family.  She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Cathy Bailey.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jorge Alvarez Garcia, of the home; mother, Betty Jo Bailey; son, Chris Garcia; daughters, Michelle Ledford, and Judy Kay Hall; brothers, Jackie Bailey, Danny Bailey, Steve Bailey and Willie Bailey (Lisa); 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel is serving the Garcia family.
