Betty Lou Garner

Betty Lou Sprinkle Garner, 81 passed away Sunday afternoon, December 4, 2011 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 8 at Victory Baptist Church, Clodfelter Rd., Thomasville, NC with Rev. John Smith and Chaplain Terry Eddinger officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 7 from 6 to 8 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel and other times at the home. Betty was born in Forsyth County on February 24, 1930 to Cecil Thomas and Clara Belle Morris Sprinkle. She was a self-employed Home Care Assistant. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Ted Frye, Sr., two brothers, C.T. Sprinkle, Jr. and Kenneth Sprinkle. Surviving are two sons, Tim Garner of Winston-Salem, Kent Frye and wife Patricia of Lexington; a daughter, Sandra Shreve of Kernersville; two sisters, Donna Randleman of Fort Pierce, Fl. and Doris Andrews of King; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Liberty Home Care & Hospice, 1007 Lexington Ave., Thomasville, NC 27360 and Davidson County Senior Services/Meals on Wheels, 935 N. Main Street, Lexington, NC 27292. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
