Betty Webster Kendall

Betty Kendall, age 66 of Lexington, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Camden Rehab Center in Greensboro.

The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.

A memorial service will be held 1:30 pm Saturday April 6, 2024 at New Life of Jesus Christ.

Betty was born in Rockingham County, NC, on July 11, 1957, to Freddie Martin Webster and Lula Mae Smith Webster. She attended New Life Church of Jesus Christ and worked in payroll and finance at Kenco Drywall Company. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Leon Kendall, her parents,  her brother, Lonell Webster and her niece Aneetha Hough.

Surviving are her sons, Gariel Kendall of Greensboro NC and Gerrod Kendall of Charolotte, daughter Bethany Kendall of Lexington and sister, Patricia Roberts (Charles) of Lexington nephew A’ Carlos Hough of Charlotte NC, nephew Elliott Moore of Stoneville NC,great niece Tyneesha Moore of Lexington NC, great niece A’mya Hough of Charlotte NC, great nephew Amari Hough of Charlotte NC, sister-in-law Dollye Mack of Winston Salem NC, brother-in-law Antonio Kendall (Cynthia) of Charlotte NC, nephew Jamal Mack (April) of Huntersville NC, nephew Jiwan Mack (Mya) of Virginia Beach VA.,  and countless other treasured family members.

Betty, know as “Beanie” to her expansive family, was beloved by her kin, her many friends, those with which she shared community, and anyone lucky enough to cross her path. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend.
