Betty Lucille Henderson Luffman age 80 of Burbank Drive, Lexington passed away Saturday October 10, 2015 at Hinkle Hospice . A Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday October 13, 2015 at First Assembly Of God Where she was a member conducted by Pastor Vernon Richmeier and Rev. Curtis Henderson. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home Monday night from 6-8 pm and at other times at the home. Mrs. Luffman was born March 22, 1935 in Danville Virginia to Robert Carlton Henderson and Mable Rigdon Henderson. She retired from Winn Dixie in the Deli Departmant. Her Parents, husband, Ray Marvin Luffman Sr. a brother, Ray Henderson and sisters, Inez Richardson, Helen Sanridge and Faye Collins all preceded her in death. Surviving are Sons: Ray Marvin Luffman Jr. (Stella) of Graham, Roger Dale Luffman of Lexington and Randall Scott Luffman (Lorene) of Walnut Cove. A daughter, Donna Luffman Norman of Lexington. Her brothers: Curtis Henderson (Nadine) of Tennessee, Aubry Henderson and R.C. Henderson both of Virginia. Grandchildren: Allen Michael Luffman, Austin Kyle Luffman (Jiselle), Ariel BriAnne Luffman and Bryanna Norman. Great Grandchildren: Savannah, Raeleigh and Kelsi.
