Betty Meadley

Mrs. Betty Jean Heykoop Meadley, 78, of Sawgrass Lane, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 1, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 7 at Meadowview Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow the service in the Church Fellowship Hall. Mrs. Meadley was born November 4, 1934 in Muskegon, MI, the tenth of eleven children of Peter Heykoop and Elizabeth Belle Bushaw Heykoop. She was a homemaker and member of Meadowview Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Meadley of the home; her sons, William “Bill” Meadley and wife, Patricia, of Lexington; Ronald Meadley, Jr. and wife, Kathleen, and Eric A. Meadley, both of Winston Salem; her daughter, Cynthia Lou Crosby and husband, Leonard, of Grand Rapids, MI; her sisters, Jenny Schrader of Muskegon, MI and Mary L. Hendon of Grand Haven, MI; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
