Beulah Coppley Grubb, age 97 of Lexington Health Care, died Saturday evening at Lexington Health Care after a period of declining health. A funeral service will be held, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Churchland Baptist Church, where she was a member, conducted by Rev. Ray Nance Howell IV. Burial will be in the Grubb Cemetery behind Churchland Baptist Church/.
Visitation will be held 6-8- Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times the family will be at their respective homes.
Beulah was born on February 27, 1915 in Davidson County to Charlie Lee and Unice Belle Penninger Coppley. She was retired from the cafeteria of Churchland School. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, L.V. Grubb in 2004 whom she married July 19, 1958, and 4 brothers and 7 sisters.
Beulah is survived by; caregivers Tommy and Rossilea Wrenn, special nieces, Ruth Swink, and Becky (Malchom) Myers, special friend Earlie L. Hartley Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
