Beulah Faye Linkous

Beulah Faye Sovine Linkous, 74, of Texas Drive, died Sunday, June 26, 2016, at Hinkle Hospice House. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Maranatha Baptist Tabernacle, with the Rev. Thomas Todd and Pastor Herman Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 29. Mrs. Linkous was born July 17, 1941, in Putnam County, WV, to Andrew McKinley Sovine and Alma Louise Setliff Sovine. She was a member of God’s Saving Grace Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers; and two sisters. Surviving are her loving husband, Leonard Theodore Linkous of the home; sons, Ted Linkous and Sheila, David Linkous and Kathy, Lannie Linkous and Donna, all of Lexington, and Tim Linkous and Beverly of Thomasville; daughters, Barbara Boron and Allen of Lexington, Debbie Gaither and Tony of Clemmons, and Vicki Meek and Thomas of West Virginia; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Ray Sovine of West Virginia; and sisters, Lou Linkous, Sue Linkous, both of Leixngton and Patty Egnor of West Virginia.
