Billie Jean Coe Everhart, of Lexington, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2025, just shy of her 94th birthday. Billie lived a full and meaningful life, sharing unwavering love and joy with her family and friends. Her warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.
Billie was born on May 13, 1931, in Forsyth County, North Carolina, to Jesse Lee Coe Sr. and Mary Lou Robertson Coe, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Archie Everhart; son, Randy Everhart; sisters, Mabel Fowler, Melba Loman, Maurine Gunter, Nancy Lewis; brothers, Buck Coe, Jesse Lee Coe Jr. and Ken Coe.
Billie leaves behind her loving daughter, Brenda Everhart Walker (Donnie); four grandchildren, Christi Walker Ball (Brandon), Cori Walker Sink (Nathan), Chadd Everhart (Angie) and Leigh Everhart Bowers (Darren); eleven great grandchildren, Christopher Ball (Carrie), Camryn Ball Mays (Michael), Cadon Ball, Adi Sink, Graci Sink, Tayler Clark, Lauren Clark, Ethan Clark, Eli Bowers, Garrett Everhart, and Andrea Everhart Rothrock (Justin); six great-great grandchildren, Chevy Ball, Kaylee Ball, Jeb Rothrock, Josie Rothrock, Cash Rothrock, Layla Rothrock; and daughter-in-law Janet Everhart. They will all continue to honor Billie's legacy and life.
For many years, Billie committed her diligence and craftsmanship to the textiles industry and retired from Four Seasons Apparel. She was a member of the Church of God and found joy and purpose in her faith. Billie will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Billie's life at 11:00am on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, allowing loved ones and friends to gather and share in the memory of Billie's life.
