Mr. Billy Lee Berrier, 72, of NC Hwy 150, died Thursday, May 28 at his home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday, June 1 at Shiloh Church, where he was a member, by the Revs. Paul Perkins and Gary Myers. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
Billy was born June 22, 1953 in Davidson County to Lewie and Flora Grubb Berrier. He retired from City Transfer and Storage in High Point and was a lifelong farmer. His son, William Berrier, his brothers, Ellis Berrier and Eddie Berrier, and his sisters, Helen Berrier and Virginia Odom, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Walser Berrier of the home; his daughter, Charity Williams (Kris); his brother, Randall Berrier (Carolyn); his sisters, Evelyn Hunt, and Edith Wallace (Danny); his grandchildren, Lindsay Braddock (Jeffrey), Karissa Crimaudo (Corbin), Kane Williams (Emily), Ben Williams, Trinity Williams, and Ryan “Roscoe” Hart; and his great grandchildren, Lakelynn, Everlee, Mavrick, Jaxson, Adalynn, and Mason.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Shiloh Church, 943 N. NC Hwy 150, Lexington NC 27295 or to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
