Billy Joe Dorsett

Billy Joe Dorsett, 74, of Winston Salem, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, at Silas Creek Rehabilitation Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Dorsett was born September 26, 1948, in Davidson County, to Johnie Hill Dorsett and Elsie Lucille McCrary Dorsett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Calicutt; and one brother, David Leroy Dorsett.

Surviving is one son, Jeffrey Scott Dorsett; and two brothers, Eddie Dorsett (Frances) of Lexington, and Freddie Dorsett of Lexington.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to donors choice.
