Billy Shannon Hall

Billy Shannon Hall, age 79 of Louya Road Lexington passed away Sunday afternoon February 28, 2016 at his home. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday March 2, 2016 at Psalm 91 Church with Rev. Max Shoaf and Rev. Jack Stoner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service and at other times at the home on Louya Road. Billy was born in Pike County, Kentucky July 14, 1936 to Nick and Melvina Little Hall. He was a retired self- employee carpenter; a member of Psalm 91 Church and a veteran of the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carolyn Payne Hall, infant son, Nicky Hall; 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Surviving are his daughters, Jamie H. Rummage (Roger) and Anisa H. smith (Jerry) all of Lexington; son, Donnie Hall (Sherri) of Lexington; grandchildren, Mysti Proctor, Jordan Rummage (Amanda) and Colby Smith; great-grandchild, Ivy Mae Proctor and also by many special nieces and nephews.
