Billy Ray Lockhart Jr., 55, of Lexington, passed away August 12, 2024, at his home.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date by his family.
Mr. Lockhart was born August 8, 1969, in West Virginia, to Billy Ray Lockhart Sr. and Norma Lee Wamsley Mounts. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Patrick Lockhart of High Point, father, Billy Ray Lockhart Sr., of Lexington; brothers, Christopher Lee Lockhart Sr, and David Smith both of Lexington; girlfriend, Jennifer Loman of Lexington.
