Bobbie Saunders Davis

Bobbie Saunders Davis, 82, of The Brian Center Nursing Home, died Sunday March 27, 2016. A Memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Rev. Doug McGee officiating services. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Davis was born January 30, 1934 in Guilford County to Grady Alfonzo Saunders and Mattie Pruitt Saunders. She was retired from PPG and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband George Lee Davis Sr. Surviving are one son; George Davis Jr.; five sisters, Becky Michaux and husband Bob of Stocksdale, Geraldine Peele and husband Ed of Greensboro, Claudia Schaffer and husband John of Norfolk Virginia, Georgia William of Greensboro, and Betty Burrow and husband Kenneth of Asheboro; and one sister-in-law, Vanza Patterson of Lexington.
