Bobby Ray Lemons

Bobby "Buck Wheat" Lemons, age 69, of Davidson County, passed away on January 2, 2024 at his home. Bobby spent decades repairing furniture.  It was something he took so much pride in.  His last job was with Transit Damage Furniture Freight, which he retired from at the age of 62.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Mabel Styers Lemons.

He is survived by his daughter, Amelia Stiver (Russell), grandkids, Andrew and Haley Stiver, and two sisters, Debbie Gathings and Diane Koontz.

A private service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Bobby’s name to the charity of your choice or pay it forward and help a neighbor out.

Bobby had a love for western shows and movies, cowboy hats, ball caps, and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Bobby will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
