Bobby Dane Smith

Bobby Dane Smith, age 45 of Peacock Drive, Lexington passed away Saturday (January 30, 2010) at his home. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will be in the Lexington City Cemetery at a later date. The family will received friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday prior to the service and at other times at the home of his mother, 2108 Peacock Dr. Bobby was born in Davidson County on September 6, 1964 to Bobby Vernon Smith and Linda Ashburn Smith. He was employed at PPG and of the Baptist faith. He was a life time member of the NRA. Surviving are his parents and brother, Kelcey Smith of Lexington and sister Angel Davis and husband Mark of TN.
