Bobby Allen Ward

Bobby Allen Ward, 75, of Arrowhead Drive in Lexington, passed away Monday November 27, 2023, at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center in Lexington.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on December 2, 2023, at Lifepoint Church with Pastor Nathan Becker officiating.  Visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior.

Mr. Ward was born December 15, 1947, in Davidson County to Buford Allen Ward and Margaret Louise Quick Ward. Bobby enjoyed fishing, golfing, gardening and watching hummingbirds in his spare time. He was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving is his mother; his wife, Linda Gay Beaver Ward, of the home; two daughters, Gay Gunn (Carl) of Westfield and Michelle Ketchie (Walter) of Salisbury; one sister, Connie Simerson (Eddie) of Lexington and 3 grandchildren, Sara Tessier (Travis) of Charlotte, Eliza Walser of Charlotte, and Emma Gunn of Westfield.
