Bobby Ellis Younts

Bobby Ellis Younts, 52, of Bowers Road, died Thursday, July 24, 2014, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A graveside service will be 4 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at Forest Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Butch Conrad officiating. Mr. Younts was born August 18, 1961, in Davidson County, to John Turner Younts Jr., and Frances Grubb Younts. He graduated from Central Davidson High School. He was employed with Franklin Swing Construction and a member of New Friendship United Church of Christ. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Hopkins. Surviving are a brother, John D. Younts and wife Tammy of Lexington; two nieces, Melissa Keziah and husband Richard and Danielle Pennington and husband Bruce; two nephews, Matthew Hopkins and wife Jennifer and Terry Younts; great nieces and nephews, Alexandria, Cameron, Travis, Brittanie, Abby, Sean, Alissa and Jacob; and brother-in-law, Derrell Hopkins. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
