Brandon Michael Hege

March 29, 1989 — April 12, 2014

Brandon Michael Hege, age 25, passed away Saturday (4-12-2014) at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after a tragic accident. A funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Good Hope United Methodist Church where he was a member with Rev. Chris Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will see friends Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree and other times at the home. Brandon was born March 29, 1989 in Forsyth County to Michael Elwood Hege and Debbie Hine Hege. He was a graduate of North Davidson High School and Forsyth Technical Community College and was employed at Trinity Transport in Lexington. Brandon enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing and any outdoor activity. He loved spending time with his family and friends. His sweet personality, wealth of selflessness, and friendly smile will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. He was an active member of The Comfort Class of his church. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Elwood Hege; great-grandparents Dallas Hine, Rebecca Berrier, and William and Treva Walser. In addition to his parents of the home; he is survived by his loving brother Ryan Hege of the home; the love of his life, his fiancée Miranda Lineberry of Lexington; his grandparents, Ronald and Becky Hine and Kay Hege and great-grandmother Gladys Hine and great- grandfather George Berrier all of Lexington. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to an account in Brandon’s memory at Newbridge Bank. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
