Brenda Eason James

Brenda Eason James, 58, of Old Mill Farm Road, Lexington, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at Lexington Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. The funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel, with the Rev. Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Byerly Cemetery. Mrs. James was born in Forsyth County on March 11, 1949, to Charles Henry Eason Jr. and Mazie Hayes Eason. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Archie Bald James, who passed away May 14, 2007. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Joan Louia, and her husband, Mark; and two grandchildren, Bradley Louia and Zach Louia. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, Feb. 13, at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel, and other times at the home of Joan Louia on Old Mill Farm Road.
