Brenda Denise Mclamb

  Brenda Denise McLamb, 58, of W. Grove Rd., Lexington passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at her home.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 26, 2017 in Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers and Pastor Glen Gunter officiating.  Burial will follow in Reeds Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service.   Mrs. McLamb was born September 18, 1959 in Harnett County to James Nathan McLamb and Mary Lena Caudle McLamb. She was employed by B B & T Bank and attended Grace Point Church and Freedom Baptist Church with her children.   Surviving are her son, Robert James Scott (Crystal Gail) of Lexington; a daughter, Selena Scott Perdue (Franklin) of Lexington; five grandchildren, Aaliyah, Kaleb, Chyann, Evan, Hayden; a brother, Nathan Durand McLamb of Lexington; a sister, Linda McLamb Stewart (Mickey) of Cameron; and her High School Sweetheart, Michael Carl Buchanan of Lexington.    Memorials may be directed to Cancer Services of Davidson County, 25 W. 6th Ave., Lexington, NC 27292     Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
