Brenda Rogers Tysinger

August 5, 1946 — May 1, 2022

Brenda Rogers Tysinger, 75, of Lexington, passed away May 1, 2022.

A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 pm Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Bethany United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Benny Clodfelter officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Mrs. Tysinger was born August 5, 1946, in Davidson County to Edward Emerson Rogers and Carrie Dunning Rogers. She was retired from the furniture industry, having worked at a couple of local companies, and was a member of High Rock Baptist Church.

Her passion was her family, especially her grandsons, her cat Marley and her granddogs, Belle, Tank, and Tazz.  Brenda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  Those who knew her best will remember that she enjoyed spending time with family and friends in the simplest way.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Triston Tysinger; brothers, Vernon, Dwight, and Larry Rogers; and her sister, Doris Crenshaw.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Tim Tysinger and fiancé Mandi Skeen of Denton; her daughter, Tabitha Broadway, and husband Randall of Lexington; two grandsons, Taylor Tysinger and Dalton Broadway.  Also surviving is her sister, Mary Lou Buie of Denton.

In lieu of flowers because of her love for animals, memorials may be made to Davidson County Animal Alliance, P.O. Box 183, Thomasville, NC 27361-0183
