Buster Keaton Patterson

Buster Keaton Patterson, 88, of Cow Palace Road, died Tuesday February 13, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.   A funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Friday February 16, 2018 at Coggins Memorial Baptist Church where he was a member, with Rev. Randy Foster officiating services.   Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Military Graveside Rites.   The family will receive friends Friday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the church.   Mr. Patterson was born October 11, 1929 in Harnett County to Dewy Patterson and Betsie Patterson. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean conflict.   Surviving is his wife, Anne Allen Patterson of the home; two sons, Dell Patterson and wife Debbie and Jeff Patterson and wife Suzy, both of Lexington; one brother, Donnie Ray Patterson and wife Donna of Lillington North Carolina; one sister, Linda Siliva of Hawaii; and two grandchildren, Joe Patterson and wife Hannah of Lexington and Jessica Patterson of Asheville.
