Calvin Wayne Rudisill

Calvin Wayne Rudisill, 75, of Linwood, passed away Monday October 21, 2024 at The W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Hospital is Salisbury.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday October 24, 2024 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Leon Simmons officiating services. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Freewill Baptist Church cemetery with graveside military rites. The family will be receiving friends at 1:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Rudisill was born February 4, 1949 in Tennessee to Christine Johnson Bowers. Calvin loved his country and served his country in the United Sates Navy, receiving many medals. He enjoyed fishing, wood working, guitars, spending time with his grandchildren and his four legged friend, Sugar.

Surviving are two sons,; Shane Rudisill  (Ashley) of Trinity and Jeremy Rudisill of Ohio; and 4 grandchildren, Cavin Rudisill, Gage Rudisill, McKenzie Baker and Mason Baker.
