Carl Winfred Everhart

Carl Winfred Everhart age 81 of Northside Drive, Lexington passed away Friday afternoon, August 7, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Gary Myers officiating. Winfred will lie in state at Davidson Funeral Home from 3:00 until 6:00 PM Monday for the public to pay their respects. The family will be at their home for family and friends to drop by and due to the COVID pandemic, those attending are ask to practice social distancing and when possible wear a mask.

Winfred was born in Davidson County September 28, 1938 to Hoyle Frank Everhart and Mary Smith Everhart. He retired from Plaza Ford where he was Parts Manager. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Hoyle Lee Everhart.

Surviving are his loving wife of 64 years, Carolyn Crews Everhart of the home; son, Timothy Carl Everhart of Lexington; granddaughters, Carlea Everhart and Hannah Callahan (Matthew) all of Lexington; great-grandchildren; Maciee Everhart and Connor Callahan; brother, Dennis Everhart of Salisbury; nephews, Frank Everhart (Wendy) and Brian Everhart (Misty).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship United Methodist Church, 2840 Friendship Church Road, Lexington, NC  27295.
