Carl Leon Loman

Carl Leon Loman, age 61 of Feezor Road, Lexington departed this life on Wednesday morning at Forsyth Medical Center from injuries he received from a fall. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree with Rev. Billy Louya officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm Friday at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel. Carl was born in Davidson County, November 5, 1952 to James Carl (JC) and Margie Kathleen (Kat) Loman. He was a retired employee of Davidson County School System where he was employed for 32 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Shanna Lane and a brother-in-law, George Miles. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Marta Greer Lowman; two daughters, Kendall Swanson (Wayne) of High Point, Aislyn Bowen (Nathan) of the home; two grandchildren, Madison and Wilson Bowen of the home; four sisters, Annie Hewett (James), Margaret Byerly (Blake) and Sue Miles all of Lexington, Christine Louya (Jackie) of Linwood, several nieces and nephews.
