Carl Phillips

Carl L. Phillips, 80, of Lexington passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Rowan Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 3 pm until 5 pm on Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Mr. Phillips was born in Danville, VA on February 16, 1941, to Ernest Phillips and Hattie Virginia Colvard Shelhorse. He was a retired truck driver and a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Christopher “Cowboy” Phillips.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Deborah Marie Flora Phillips of the home; his daughter-in-law, Elisabeth Phillips of Wilmington; and his precious granddaughter, Lillian Phillips.
